When an idea comes to you for a remodel project, you'll want to contact us by filling out our contact form or giving us a call at 419-375-4951! We will put you in contact with one of our designers who will answer your questions and schedule an appointment to meet with you!
2| HOME CONSULTATION
During the home consultation, your designer will come to your home to answer anymore questions you have and take a look at the area you want to recreate. They will listen to you describe your vision for space and evaluate realistic ideas and time-frames.
3| Design Phase
Our expert designers will draw up custom plans to designed to address the hopes and goals of your project. Floor plans and digital renderings will help you better visualize your space, and we will be able to provide you will a cost analysis of the plan presented with examples of items we have picked out for you.
We can make any necessary adjustments to the plans based on your feedback.
When the final changes have been approved and you feel ready to move forward, we will sign the contract agreement which lays out the timeline, payment schedule, etc. expected for your project.
4| MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS
This is one of the most exciting phases! At this time, you'll be able to peruse through our showroom which offers an abundant array of options from leading manufacturers. With the designer by your side, you will be able to choose the look and feel you so desire for your home from cabinet style and color to flooring and everything in between.
Our team will take care of the materials and collaborating with other companies as needed (such as electricians, plumbers, etc.) to keep you project moving along the right path & timeline.
5| CONSTRUCTION
Once you've made your selections and the materials arrive to our shop, we will begin making your vision come to life. We will keep you up-to-date on what will be happening in your home as the project progresses and your designer will be guiding you through every step along the way.
6| the big reveal
When the project comes to an end & your dream home makes it's grand debut, we will still be there to stand behind our work in your home!
